Sure you can make a deposit and pay the balance with the period agreed to and signed before entering into this contract. Otherwise money owed attract 10% monthly interest and upon breach of payment for 2 consecutive months the land Id revoked or a later reallocation is done.

IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION ON THE BUILDING TYPE ON THE LAND?

Yes there is. Only residential buildings will be allowed. With no attachment of shops and stores. Now tenament buildings too.

WHEN WILL MY LAND BE ALLOTED TO ME?

Physical allocation will be done immediately full and final payment is completed.

IS THERE ANY SURCHARGE FOR CORNER PIECE?

Sure but you will have to discuss with the developer.

IS THE ROAD TO URBAN GROVE MOTORABLE?

Yes it is MOTORABLE with all paved road.

IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT TO COMMENCE BUILDING ON THE LAND ALLOCATED?

Once land is ALLOTED owners are meant to commence building within 6moths of allotment. Within that period maintaining the land will be charged to the account of the owner.

WOULD THERE BE AN AGREEMENT OR DOCUMENTATION FEE?

CAN I RESELL MY PROPERTY?
