He has worked in Nigeria, the United States, India, and the Middle East, bringing a wealth of international experience and insight to the Kingdom Realties team.
Builder Dayo Ogunsola (MNIOB)
Builder Dayo Ogunsola (MNIOB) is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and a registered builder with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON). With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Dayo holds two M.Sc. degrees—one in Construction Management and the other in Project Management. Known for his technical expertise and commitment to quality, he has led and delivered complex projects for clients in finance, telecommunications, oil & gas, hospitality, education, and real estate.
Tejumaiye Moses (B.Sc. Economics, MCIPM)
Tejumaiye Moses (B.Sc. Economics, MCIPM) is a senior HR practitioner with over 32 years of managerial experience in human capital development, office administration, and business growth. He has worked with multinational construction firms, marketing agencies, and reputable real estate developers. Tejumaiye is known for developing and implementing effective HR policies in performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and training. His past roles include leadership positions at Arab Contractors Nig. Ltd, TWT Communications Ltd, Aklab Civil & Industrial Engineering Ltd, Nice Dreams Properties Ltd, and Legacy Realties Ltd.
Paludo Armand
Paludo Armando, an Italian national, brings over 45 years of expertise in building construction and MEP systems, including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC installation and maintenance, pool construction, heating systems, and general welding and steel fabrication. He operated his own contracting business in Italy for over three decades and has previously worked extensively in Nigeria, particularly in Lagos. He joins Kingdom Realties Ltd as a seasoned consultant offering deep technical knowledge and craftsmanship.

Samsudeen Olajide (B.Sc., ICAN) is a chartered accountant with more than 10 years of professional experience spanning the real estate, automobile, manufacturing, and consulting sectors. He has held finance roles at Toyota Nigeria Ltd, Germaine Auto Centre, BISM Nig. Ltd, and Nice Dreams Properties Ltd. Passionate about professionalism and success, Samsudeen is a valued financial strategist within the Kingdom Group.

For the past 15 years, he has focused on real estate, serving in leadership roles and driving business development initiatives with consistent success in lead generation, client conversion, and strategic partnerships.

Arc. Israel Inegbedion is a licensed architect with a master’s degree in architecture and nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked extensively in Nigeria and the Middle East, including a decade in Qatar. Arc. Israel brings a global design perspective, ensuring each project blends modern aesthetics with local functionality.
